The Lighthouse is the first-ever creative campus & studio playground for the Creator Economy.
The campuses are designed to enable and empower career creators & creative professionals. They promise to provide creators from all walks of life with a place to call their own—a space to co-create, connect with one another, learn together, share ideas, and grow as founders of the businesses fueling creative culture.
Two Campuses: N.Y.C & L.A.
Built in the early 20th century, our historic building has long been a cornerstone of Venice’s creative energy, serving as a gathering place for artists and visionaries over the decades. Located just one block from the Venice Beach Boardwalk, The Lighthouse is surrounded by street performers, artists, and musicians. Venice, CA is a vibrant hub of creativity, known for its eclectic arts scene and bohemian spirit, with art studios, galleries, creative spaces, and a vibrant food scene at every turn. Now, members of The Lighthouse can carry forward this legacy, making this inspiring community their 2nd home.
Housed within the restored exterior of the historic Eberhard Faber Pencil Factory, The Lighthouse reflects a legacy of creativity dating back to the 19th century. The property features distinct architectural elements, including designs by Philemon Tillion in 1860 and Theobald Engelhardt in 1895. Located one block from the East River in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, it sits in a flourishing center of creativity where historic charm meets modern artistic energy. With trendy cafes, eclectic shops, a lively music scene, and cutting-edge restaurants, Greenpoint is a dynamic and inspiring community that celebrates creativity at every turn.
