Hi Harry, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started as a script developer for companies including Heyday Films and Number 9 in London and ten years later I’m writing my own scripts. It’s been a long, wild road and I’ve loved the journey.

Hi Harry, how do you think about risk, what role has taking risks played in your life/career?
I had a love/hate relationship with risk but I can now say I’m a much better risk taker. Some of my greatest opportunities and experiences have come from putting myself in the deep end, or being thrown in there, trying something new, doing something that’s uncomfortable to me. If you aren’t nervous are you really learning?

Last week, Estonian visual effects company FrostFX won a prestigious Visual Effects Society (VES) award for its work on HBO series “The Penguin.” According to FrostFX founder and CEO Marko Post, it took years of hard work and effort to get to Hollywood.
The VES Awards are the most prestigious recognition in the visual effects industry, considered the Oscars of the industry. The Estonian studio was recognized for its work on “After Hours,” an episode of the hit HBO series “The Penguin” for which the FrostFX team created the rainy and stormy scenes of Gotham City.
